Late Arrival Policy
At Pelle Sana Medical Spa, we value your time and strive to provide the best experience for all our clients. To ensure we can accommodate everyone efficiently, we have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.
- If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to provide your full service, but it may be adjusted based on the remaining time available.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or modify your service to fit the remaining time. In some cases, a late arrival may result in a cancellation, and a fee may apply.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth schedule for all of our valued clients. If you anticipate being late, please call us as soon as possible so we can make the best accommodations for you.
Refund Policy
At Pelle Sana Medical Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional services and products to our clients. Please review our refund policy below:
- Services: All service sales are final. Due to the nature of aesthetic and medical spa treatments, we cannot offer refunds on services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please let us know, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
- Packages & Prepaid Services: No refunds will be issued for packages or prepaid services. However, they may be transferred to another service or individual at management’s discretion.
- Retail Products: Unopened and unused products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt. Opened or used products are non-refundable.
- Cancellations & No-Shows: Refunds are not provided for missed appointments. Please review our cancellation policy for rescheduling options.
